Mechstock Switch Films - A Thin PET Switch Film

These switch films are made in-house and are custom designed specifically for Cherry MX Switches. They are easy to install and will remain aligned when closing or opening the switch. 

It is recommended to only use these films in Cherry MX Switches because the internal dimensions have not been optimised for other brands.
This trade-off, however, is worthwhile as it allows Mechstock Switch Films to be extremely consistent and enjoyable to use in Cherry MX Switches.

Poron Switch Films - A Soft Switch Film

Compressible 0.2mm Poron Switch Film for MX Style Switches. These are the best films to use if you want a muted sound profile.

TX Switch Films - A Thin PET Switch Film

These switch films help improve the sound of switches by tightening the housing and reducing wobble. 

0.125mm Switch films are recommended for MX2A and Hyperglide Cherry MX Switches because the newer housing tolerances are better than previous versions of Cherry MX switches. 

The difference between 0.125mm and 0.15mm is very minimal, however, 0.125mm is better suited for more modern switches that have better tolerances.
