M2 Hardware Kit

This is the [M2-3 Countersunk Flat Head screw kit] from KBDfans.

In some keyboard designs the PCB needs to be attached to the plate. This hardware kit is essential to provide even and consistent spacing between the two. 

An example where the 3.5mm standoffs and screws would be important is in Hall Effect (HE) or Electrocapacitive (EC) keyboards because there usually isn't anything for the switches to attach to the PCB. 

This kit is also useful for some Hotswap PCB kits because it helps keep the PCB from falling to far from the plate when switches are removed.

• 10x M2 3.5mm Copper nickel plating standoff - Silver
• 12x M2 3mm Countersunk head screw - Black
• Material: 304 stainless steel

Please check to see if this is compatible with your PCB, Plate or Keyboard Kit - usually there will be holes in them if they can require/accept these pieces of hardware.
